Your mission


  • Main focus areas: Monitoring of project lifecyle: scoping, planning, executing, controlling, and closing phases. 
  • Resource Planning and Budget Adjustments 
  • Identify and resolve conflicts that may arise during project deployment. Risk assesment. 
  • Mentoring interns and lower level developers.
  • Full responsibility for project delivery and for others assigned to that project
  • Delivery of core elements of a project- often leading 1 or 2 others
  • Conduct periodic progress meetings with corresponding teams
  • Prepare deliverables for approval by stakeholders
  • Formulates lessons learned and best practices from feedback and experience

Skills and knowledge  

  • Proven knowledge and experience in PM tools and methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, or Waterfall.
  • Workload and time efficiency management, ensuring prioritization of key deliverables
  • Communication and decision-making skills, both internally and client-faced.
  • Safe pair of hands.
  • Being able to link projects to customers.
  • Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Management and motivation of team members.
