Job Brief

We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to create engaging designs for various projects.

Your Role

You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, mobile applications and more. As a Designer, your role involves an entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and showcasing designs that solve problems. 

Your designs should capture the attention of those who see or use them and communicate the right message. For this, you need a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and work directly with stakeholders to define project requirements. 
• Translate project requirements into meaningful and creative designs.
• Work closely with the Lead Designer, Project Manager and Developers to ensure an efficient life-cycle of the project. 
• Comfortable with communicating your design work and the rationale behind your design solutions. 
• Manage and control change requirements to maintain design backlog.
• Understanding and applying client feedback to the design process.
• Highly collaborative and team-orientated.

Requirements

• You must be in your final year of your Bachelor's degree or above and looking to graduate in 2022.
• A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in UX/UI Design or a related field. 
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree in related fields including (but not limited to): Creative Digital Media, Graphic Design, Interactive Design, and Visual Design.
• Motivated self-starter who can collaborate with other team members.
• Proficient in using Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, InVision, Zeplin and other design or prototyping tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
