Job Responsibilities

• You will play an important role in workshops and gain and sustain trust of key business and technology stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder Management skills
• Work alongside a dynamic team of developers and have good industry implementation background.
• You will play a key role in ensuring that the client requirements on the project are met, by directing the workload of your development team accordingly.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels
• Must have good Agile/ Scrum skills and experience
• You will be responsible for backlog refinement and sprint planning on multiple projects
• Creative and critical thinker

Experienced Required

• 3-4 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong presentation skills are essential
• Previous consultancy experience
• Oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal and consultative skills
• Facilitation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Organisational skills
• Knowledge of business structure
• Stakeholder analysis
• Requirements engineering
• Costs benefit analysis
• Processes modelling
• Understanding of networks, databases and other technology
• Works closely with Tech Leads and developers to ensure that the solution proposed meets the requirements and the anticipated benefits, including compliance to statutory and company policies and procedures.
• Get up and go attitude with a passion for learning and implementing new concepts.
• Leadership and collaborative interpersonal skills to engage and motivate team members.

Educational Requirements

• Third level degree in relevant field
• Any certifications nice to have
